Program Manager, STEM
Reporting to the YYGS Associate Director of Academic Affairs, the STEM Program Manager serves a key leadership role in the development of YYGS and is responsible for a range of activities including: designing curriculum and coordinating logistics for three STEM sessions with approximately 150 participants per session; recruiting, training, and managing approximately 15 instructional staff per session; teaching and mentoring participants; managing communications with instructional staff and participants; analyzing program data to help inform data-driven decision making; assisting with crafting a long-term strategic vision for YYGS, especially as it relates to Yale’s STEM resources; maintaining key relationships with faculty, students, and facilities in STEM fields on Yale’s campus; and maintaining a critical and front-facing leadership role during the summer.
