Equine & Farm Customer Service Representative

We are a Michigan-based insurance agency that specializes in equestrian coverages. We have been in business nationally for several decades, and we are part of a parent company that has been operating since 1864.

We are looking to add someone to our staff as an Assistant Client Service Specialist/Client Service Specialist as part of the Mortality, Liability, and Farm departments. This position would be based in one of our office locations: Birmingham, MI; Poughkeepsie, NY; Warrenton, VA; or Wellington FL. The position is in office, not remote, and requires computer and data input experience, strong verbal and written communication skills, solid attention to detail, and willingness to do whatever needs to be done - including administrative tasks. Knowledge of the horse world would be a plus.

This would be a full time position paid on an hourly basis, with significant benefits including health and dental insurance, HSA, disability insurance, and 401K, with access to a bonus program possible.
