Each EXPLO campus runs over 50 classes and dozens of events - we need a lot of materials to pull it off! We have a warehouse full of teaching materials that we bring to our summer campuses each year, where we set up an on-site supply room full of everything we need to keep the program running. The Supply Coordinator manages the massive inventory of all the materials for the program and is responsible for purchasing materials throughout the summer while tracking the budget and reconciling expenses.

Supply Responsibilities

  • Organize an accessible and functional supply room where anything can be found easily, keeping track of materials as staff take and return supplies
  • Purchase all supplies and materials needed by the Program during the summer
  • Keep a detailed and updated inventory that can quickly tell you exactly what materials we have
  • Distribute materials to the people who need them
  • Handle money, credit cards, and manage store accounts used to purchase supplies
  • Keep detailed and accurate records of all purchases and budget balances

Campus Operations + Student Life

  • Chaperone students on evening and weekend trips off-campus
  • Perform operational and programmatic tasks as needed, which may include assisting with event set up, working individually and as a team to complete tasks on campus that are necessary to program function, and performing additional duties, such as coverage for student activities, as they may be assigned to you
