Responsibilities:
· Client relationship management
- Manage client service requests, account maintenance and recordkeeping
- Client communication and interaction- email, phone, mail and in person
- Scheduling client meeting
- Draft reports, illustrations, and other client related documents
- Proactive client contact
- Meeting preparation and coordination
- Marketing for client seminars, client appreciation events
- Team collaboration on daily, weekly, and quarterly tasks
- Calendar management for specific team members
- New client onboarding
- New business processing to a high degree of accuracy
- Compliance- follow policies and procedures
- Technology-Microsoft Excel and Word, Salesforce, E-Money
- Learn and operate a variety of other systems for Investments and Financial Planning
Requirements:
· Experience and knowledge of the financial services industry
· Dependable, organized with the ability to multi-task while prioritizing projects
· Positive and friendly with strong customer engagement skills
· Flexibility to pivot priorities or schedules throughout the day
· Proactive problem solver with critical thinking skills
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills
· Microsoft Excel and Word proficiency
Preferred:
· FINRA SIE, Series 7 and 66
