Program Director - Hospital Diversion Program North - $7500 Sign on Bonus
NFI is seeking a Program Director for the Hospital Diversion Program North located in South Burlington, VT. This short-term inpatient facility works to stabilize youth in psychiatric crisis and support their families through the process. The Program Director works in collaboration with the program psychiatric team, clinicians, residential counselors, youth, families and outpatient teams with the goal to provide to crisis stabilization, clinical consultation and assessment, and after-care planning.
Responsibilities:
• Provide program staff with supervision and training
• General program administration and planning
• Oversee program budget
• Assist team during crisis intervention
Requirements:
• Master's degree in psychology, counseling, social work, or related field
• VT Licensure within a mental health field
• 4+ years of post-graduate clinical experience
Pay/Benefits
• Full-time
• Starting Salary $62,000 - $68,000
