Client Service Analyst

The Firm:

Proficio Capital Partners is a multi-family office located in Newton, Massachusetts founded in 2014. Utilizing our institutional backgrounds and experience in financial markets, the Firm builds bespoke portfolios to deliver a comprehensive, integrated, and dynamic plan for our families’ complete financial affairs.  This includes investment management, wealth transfer strategies through estate planning and philanthropic initiatives, proactive tax and multi-generational planning, administrative services, risk management, and implementation of family governance.  Proficio builds portfolios that match the risk/reward, income and capital appreciation required to maximize after-tax, after-fee, risk-adjusted returns for our clients.

 

Open Position: Client Service Analyst 

The Client Service Analyst is a critical member of the relationship management team serving our families across multiple functions.  The Client Service team provides high-touch services for the clients of the firm, including account administration and operations.

 

Principal responsibilities:

  • Drive high client satisfaction through excellent customer service, prompt follow-up on client issues, and proactive problem solving.
  • Manage operations (money movement, subscription documents, reporting) for client relationships and support Client Service Specialists / Relationship Managers on large client relationships.
  • Serve as point of contact for day-to-day client service needs.
  • Execute the new client onboarding process and account transfers.
  • Develop a thorough understanding of assigned clients' expectations and preferences to serve as a knowledgeable client advocate and ensure tailored execution.
  • Cultivate partnerships with accountants, lawyers, and other client advisors and service providers.
  • Serve as a liaison between clients and their advisors in executing wealth transfer strategies, asset protection, philanthropic initiatives, and other complex issues. 
  • Protect and ensure respect client privacy and confidentiality at all times.

 

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree with a strong GPA (above 3.0); new grads up to 2 years relevant industry experience will be considered.
  • Ability to multi-task, manage time efficiently and meet deadlines in a highly visible fast-paced and team-oriented environment.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, enthusiasm, and a strong aptitude for learning.
  • Detail-oriented, organized, results driven and solution-oriented. 
  • Highly motivated, self-driven, mature, and team oriented.
  • Advanced PowerPoint and Excel skills.
  • Authorized to work permanently in the U.S.

 

Role is IN-OFFICE five days a week (with possibility for remote down the line after coming up the learning curve).
