Program Delivery Specialist

The Washington State Ferry (WSF) Division of the Washington State Department of Transportation (WSDOT) is seeking three Program Delivery Specialists (TE4) who will assist with the delivery of WSF’s $540 million Capital Program. These positions will be responsible for reviewing project documentation required to approve Work Order Authorizations for WSF’s Capital Program that allow the delivery of the $540 million program. This includes monitoring project information in the Capital Program Management System (CPMS) and other systems for accuracy based on data from various sources. The successful candidates will work with WSDOT Headquarters and WSF staff to get project delivery related information updated and Work Order Authorizations approved. These positions will review, and process change management and update the various reporting systems to ensure that requests are properly documented. The incumbent will also work on improving accountability through project delivery reporting and budget execution review.

 These duties require knowledge of state and federal laws and rules, technical engineering practices, agency policies, procedures, and standards.
