Position Responsibilities

• Conduct cell sorting and analysis using state-of-the-art flow cytometry equipment.
• Design and optimize experimental panels for various research projects.
• Troubleshoot instrument-related issues and ensure proper functionality.
• Perform data analysis and interpretation to support ongoing research activities.
• Provide technical training to fellow scientists, fostering a collaborative and knowledgeable community.

Position Requirements

Education: Bachelor's degree (BA or equivalent) required in a relevant scientific field. Master's degree is preferred.
Skills/Experience:
- 5 years' experience is preferred.
- Proven experience in cell sorting techniques
- Inquisitive mindset and a passion for advancing scientific understanding
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
- Proficiency in computer operation for instrument control and data analysis
- Excellent communication skills to facilitate effective collaboration.

Compensation and Benefits

The salary range for this role is $53,000- $75,000.   The salary range and/or hourly rate listed is a good faith determination of potential base compensation that may be offered to a successful applicant for this position at the time of this job advertisement and may be modified in the future. When determining a base salary and/or rate, several factors may be considered as applicable (e.g., years of relevant experience, education, credentials, and internal equity).
