IT Product Management Intern

YOUR ROLE:

• Help manage the backlog and attend regular agile meetings with both business counterparts and development team leads
• Craft requirements in the form of user stories
• Assist with documentation of processes, manuals for application usage and regular communications about platform updates and meeting agendas
• Put together PowerPoints to communicate product roadmaps to share with development teams and align with business on priorities
• Research software and ecommerce trends and provide summary reports to manager and other stakeholders

YOUR SKILLS:

• Alumni or student currently enrolled in at least their junior year pursuing a degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, Commerce or Technology.
• Strong project management, communication and writing skills required
• Ability to gather and analyze large data sets and develop fact-based recommendations
• Good presentation and relationship-building skills, in order to assist in driving large transformational projects
• Creative problem-solving skills and great attention to detail
• Experience/knowledge of agile software development methodologies and ecommerce software or strategies a plus
