Digital Marketing Coordinator

OVERVIEW

The Digital Marketing Coordinator is responsible for supporting the agency’s digital marketing department specific to both paid and organic influencer marketing programs. The Digital Marketing Coordinator will assist in the management of existing digital marketing clients, growing the digital marketing department and ideating on the best digital marketing tactics to keep clients top of mind in the digital space. The DMC should have a thorough understanding of TikTok and effective tactics for successful TikTok strategies. 

DESCRIPTION AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Work alongside the Digital Marketing team to ideate and create compelling influencer marketing strategies to build brand awareness, reach and increase sales for brands. 
• Outreach, coordinate, contract and execute influencer marketing collaborations with nano, micro, mid and macro influencers as appropriate per client and strategy on both a paid and organic basis. 
• Utilize the agency’s subscription and relationship with Fohr to not only build out further influencer relationships but utilize the platform's campaign capabilities to source relevant influencers for client campaigns. 
• When relevant, manage brand ambassador programs.
• Participate in regular agency meetings with relevant teams at TikTok inclusive of but not limited to TikTok Business Development, TikTok Shop, and TikTok Advertising. 
• Build and maintain relationships with key influencers and content creators on behalf of our brands and the agency in general. 
• Strategize and execute on creative mailers to increase awareness and social coverage for all TOPR clients.
• Monitor and report results to clients for all digital marketing efforts
• Continue to remain up to date on the latest advances in the digital marketing field including software, social networks, strategies, platforms, trends and more by regularly educating via courses, articles and more.
