Your Role!

AFLAC is growing! That means we are looking for talented candidates to work on our Account Development Teams. This is a client facing role, which means you will learn how to build marketing and outreach campaigns to potential clients. Through these campaigns and networking, you will work to connect with different busines owners in a wide variety of fields and industries. We work directly with the owners and HR departments to develop the best benefits and solutions for their business and then present our offerings to the business.
