Summer Camp Digital Media Specialist

Looking for an outgoing, creative summer ministry staff member to lead our camp photography, videography, and social media.

This staff member will be responsible for taking and editing photos and video throughout our Christian Summer Camp Season. Camp runs from Sunday to Friday each week; Media specialist will be responsible for producing multiple social media posts during the week, as well as a slideshow and a 15-minute video for Friday of each week. 

The media specialist will receive room/board and meals, as well as a $1200 stipend, along with the rest of the summer staff.

Qualifications:

  • Shares Christian values with the summer camp/comfortable with service and ministry
  • Works well with kids
  • Meets deadlines punctually
  • Flexible with long hours and hot weather
  • Recommended summer camp experience - as a camper or staff member
  • Not afraid to be goofy or weird!

Skills:

  • Photography
  • Basic videography skills
  • Ability to learn simple editing software (Animoto)
  • Ability to create and edit posts on Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok
  • Familiarity with Meta Business Suite
  • Familiarity with Canva
