Technical Support Engineer

Graduate Rotation Program, Client Services Solutions Group

 

Join us as a Senior Project / Program Manager within the CSG (Client Solutions Group) Support Services (SS) organization to do the best work of your career and make a profound social impact.

 

What you’ll achieve

The CSG Support Services Rotation Program is a rotational program consisting of four rotations within the organization.  These rotations will incorporate the major components of the organization that include operations, support services and process engineering.

 

This role will provide you with the opportunity to explore the CSG SS organization and build skillsets to be successful in the program and in your future roles. The program is designed to build connections, strengthen technical, business and leadership skills by working with experienced leaders, building foundational learnings, and expanding professional networks.

 

You will:

Identify areas of risk/opportunity and influence/implement continuous improvements

Develop business cases/ use cases and benchmarking with data driven analysis

Prepare and present information and analysis to senior level analysts and leadership

Participate in three 6 month rotations within the business

Essential Requirements

Ambitious, driven, self-starters with ability to thrive and adapt in a constantly changing environment

Strong analytical, organizational, communication, storytelling, and presentation skills

Ability to analyze data trends, causes and variances; champion process improvements; formulate conclusions & provide summary analysis to leadership

Works effectively with all levels of the organization; works well in a team environment, as well as independently; strives for functional, business, and leadership development

Bachelors required

 

Desirable Requirements

MBA preferred, 3+ years experience
