Robotic Process Automation Manager

As the RPA Manager, you will be responsible for leading the design, development, and implementation of robotic process automation (RPA) solutions across various departments within the organization. You will work closely with stakeholders to identify automation opportunities, manage a team of RPA developers, and ensure the successful delivery of RPA projects. This is a key leadership role that requires a strategic mindset, strong technical skills, and excellent communication abilities.

 

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage a team of RPA developers to deliver high-quality automation solutions.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and prioritize processes for automation.
  • Develop and implement RPA strategies, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives.
  • Oversee the end-to-end automation lifecycle, from requirements gathering to deployment and maintenance.
  • Ensure compliance with RPA best practices, standards, and security protocols.
  • Provide regular updates and reports to executive leadership on the status of RPA projects.
  • Stay current with industry trends and advancements in RPA technology.

 

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in [relevant field]; advanced degree preferred.
  • Proven experience (5+ years) in RPA development and implementation.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent understanding of RPA tools and technologies (e.g., BluePrism).
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Demonstrated experience in process analysis, automation design, and implementation.
  • Certifications in relevant RPA technologies are a plus.
  • Must be able to commute to the Iselin NJ office 3-4 days per week
  • Qualified applicants must be able to work for any employer in the US without sponsorship.
