CPST Case Manager, CCBHC IA

FSRI is always looking for candidates that want to make a positive impact on the community we serve in!  


Position Summary: Responsible for providing case management and/or behavioral support services to clients within the community, primarily the transition aged youth population and their families. Partners with clinicians on all cases utilizing evidenced based models of treatment. Strong team-oriented environment.
 

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a human services field required.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written required.
  • Possession of a valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, registration and proof of automobile insurance required.
  • Certification as a Community Health Worker within first year of employment, along with, ongoing renewal requirements as determined by the State of Rhode Island.
  • Bilingual preferred.
  • Bilingual skills are compensated!!
