Maintenance Worker, Mount Pleasant Academy

FSRI is always looking for candidates that want to make a positive impact on the community we serve in!

 

Position Summary: Ensures that the property is clean and orderly. 
 

Qualifications:

  • Independent, organized individual who takes pride in creating an attractive environment for his/her fellow workers.
  • Skilled in carpentry, painting, electricity, plumbing, heating to the extent of being able to maintain the building and perform routine repairs and minor renovations and repairs.
  • Knowledgeable in purchasing supplies, equipment and services for facilities and in controlling costs for same.
  • Own transportation.
  • Knows OSHA regulations.
  • Hours must be after school, starting between 3-4 PM.

 

Physical Requirements: Employees in this position must have the ability to:

  • Travel to and from community locations and office site, which could include using walkways, stairs and/or elevators.
  • Ability to lift up to 50lbs.
  • Ability to communicate by voice, use sight and hearing.
