Job Summary
The Data Representative I will be responsible for the provided Tier I support of our medical device products that interact with our data products. Including assisting customers and Sales reps via the telephone and email with the application of our products. This also includes interactive and escalating issues with our product teams to ensure that the customer expectations are met.

Essential Functions

Provide support for technical and data inquires related to ZOLL products via telephone or email

Follow up on inquiries and ensures satisfactory customer resolution

Accurate data entry of claim into Oracle tracking system and completion of the customer call report

On-Call phone support for evening and weekend emergencies

Ensuring ZOLL is presented with the highest degree of professionalism

Research required information using available resources

Stays current with system information, changes and updates


Required/Preferred Education and Experience

4 Year Degree/Certification in Computer Information Systems required or

Equivalent Experience required

Minimum of 3 Years prior technical support data experience working directly with customers or equivalent experience working in a technical capacity within the industry required


Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

Experience installing and upgrading software applications

Understanding of Windows Operating Systems and Server environments Clients and Servers

Experience with Wireless Technology (Bluetooth, Wi-Fi, Configuration and Certificates)

Attention to detail and well organized

Ability to work in a team environment

Strong Interpersonal skills

Effective verbal and written communication that is appropriated for the situation

Experience with remote access tools (LogMein, WebEx)
