Deal Support Analyst

EB Shaw Securities is a boutique investment bank that is associated with a broker
dealer firm that is registered with FINRA. The firm focuses on M&A and capital
transactions across three sectors: Healthcare, sustainability, are technology. The team
is based in different cities, including Boston, New York City, Miami and San Diego,
among other major cities. The firm is currently working on several transactions with startup, medium size and pre-IPO companies.

The internship will include performing the following tasks:
1. Conducting in-depth research on companies and transactions
2. Meeting with investors and senior management of companies virtually
3. Helping prepare presentations and other relevant materials for meetings
with investors
