Inclusive Hiring Data Integrity VISTA

Please note that while this position is open to teleservice or remote work, to be eligible you must reside in or be willing to relocate to one of the following states: Tennessee, Michigan, New York,  Pennsylvania,  California,  Ohio,  Colorado,  Oklahoma.

VISTA Members at CEO will support national efforts seeking to change the status quo for individuals returning home from incarceration. Central VISTA Members will conduct market research and create a program design for resource development, partnership development, and program innovation activities.

The Inclusive Hiring & Data Integrity VISTA role will be supporting our inclusive hiring and data management efforts for the entire organization. As a leading nonprofit supporting formerly incarcerate individuals, we are working to normalize Second chance hiring, and this role will be building capacity for both teams. This role requires a curious research mind, a strong initiative and a genuine inclination towards problem-solving. Responsibilities include: team-specific research, program innovation related to best practices for increasing organizational capacity, cultivation of new partnerships and potential funders, and other barrier-removing resources for participants.
