Amgen and HBCU 20x20 are proud to present this paid, virtual twelve-week professional development fellowship program that will prepare, empower and connect 20 HBCU juniors, seniors and recent graduates for careers in the biotech industry at Amgen.

The Amgen HBCU Biotech Fellowship will take place virtually over the course of 12-weeks from June 5th - August 21st, 2024.

Fellows will have the opportunity to participate in workshops, complete a capstone project and be connected to a mentor, in addition to applying for internship and entry-level roles at Amgen.

Amgen + HBCU 20x20 Biotechnology Fellowship? Here's what we are looking for:

- Juniors, seniors and recent graduates with at least a 3.2 GPA currently or previously enrolled at an HBCU (Historically Black College and University).

- Students studying STEM, business, life sciences, engineering, supply chain or data science and other relevant disciplines.

- Proven leadership skills, demonstrated through extracurricular or work experience activities.

- Students who work well in group-environments.

- Interest in Amgen opportunities and the Biotech Industry.

- Availability to fully participate in the twelve-week virtual program from Jun. 5th - Aug. 21st.
