About Seabury Corporate Finance – Investment Banking and Advisory

Seabury Corporate Finance, a subsidiary of Seabury Capital, provides corporate advisory and investment banking services focused on the aviation, aerospace, maritime, and government services sectors.

As an independent advisory practice, Seabury Corporate Finance is not part of a larger financial institution. However, we often work alongside other investment banks to improve deal viability and to “pressure test” underlying investment theses. Due to our coverage focus, Seabury Corporate Finance has developed extensive transactional expertise and can deliver tailored advice to our clients versus generalist bankers. When we’re involved, the probability of deal execution is increased.

Seabury Corporate Finance’s operating platform combining classically trained bankers and industry experts results in teams with more depth – capable of analyzing complex situations and delivering the best possible advice and direction to our clients.

Investment Banking Summer Analyst Program (2024) – New York City

Seabury Corporate Finance seeks to hire an Investment Banking Summer Analyst.
