Sales Intern

Reporting into a Sales VP, the Sales Intern will work closely with and act as an extension of the Sales team to provide support in sales administration, while also collaborating with the Planning & Insights, Campaign Solutions and Marketing teams to help drive both account growth and new business opportunities.

Responsibilities:

  • Provides administrative and/or process support for Sales VPs & their respective teams.
  • Acts as an extension of the sales team by assisting with/being a liaison for sales development, sales material creation, marketing communications, etc.
  • Assists with the creation of insertion orders & contracts.
  • Utilizes Salesforce to generate accounts, opportunities, insertion orders, and reports related to sales prospecting, revenue data and research; keep track of sales meetings.
  • Collaborates with Planning & Insights, Campaign Solutions and Marketing teams to identify sales opportunities and industry trends, to help develop content on the latest developments in the ad tech industry, and ensure proper internal communication is happening, deadlines are being met and so that client deliverables & service remain high.
  • Utilizes Reachdesk to create and send client gifting initiatives.
