Overnight Mental Health Worker - Hospital Diversion Program South - $1000 Sign-on Bonus
Join our compassionate team at the NFI Hospital Diversion Program in Southern Vermont as an overnight mental health worker specializing in adolescent care. We're dedicated to providing a supportive environment for both our clients and staff, prioritizing therapeutic interventions and team camaraderie.
Responsibilities:
- Provide supervision and support to youth during sleeping hours
- Able to balance split awake overnight schedule – Half awake hours / Half sleep hours
- Work closely with our multidisciplinary team to support youth in crisis
- Facilitate a comfortable community alternative for inpatient youth
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree preferred in psychology, counseling, social work, or related field
Pay/Benefits:
- 30 hours per week, Thursday - Saturday 10PM – 8AM
- Starting Pay of $20.50 - $23.00 per hour with $1.50 hourly stipend for awake hours
