2024 Summer Intern, Machine Learning
Position Summary: Samsung Research America (SRA) is seeking a highly motivated and skilled intern to join our Machine Perception and Sensing (MPS) lab in Mountain View, CA, for the Summer of 2024. As a Summer Intern in Machine Learning, you will have the unique opportunity to contribute to cutting-edge projects focused on AR Goggle frameworks and advance image generative AI. This role requires a self-driven individual with a strong foundation in deep/machine learning and a passion for developing innovative solutions.

Position Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with a cross-functional team to develop and implement advanced image generative AI algorithms
- Work on AR Goggle frameworks, contributing to the design and development of proof-of-concept solutions
- Independently conduct research and experimentation to push the boundaries of image generation in the AR space
- Utilize PyTorch, TensorFlow, and Python to implement machine learning models and algorithms
 Required Skills:
- Currently pursuing an MS or PhD in Computer Science
- Strong knowledge of deep/machine learning principles and techniques
- Familiarity with Image Generation AI
- Proficiency in PyTorch, TensorFlow, and Python programming languages
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of projects
- Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to learning
