The Departmental Technician 7-10 position serves as a technical resource for Sales, Use and Withholding taxes. Responsibilities of the position include documentation of processes and procedures; recommendation of efficiency improvements relating to standard methods of operations including training; collaboration with other Treasury departments/divisions; performance of complex queries; leading and/or participating in special projects; and assisting supervisors and front-line staff with resolution of complex tax issues.

Education 

Education typically acquired through completion of high school.

Experience 

One year of experience performing administrative support activities equivalent to the 7-level in state service.
