Manager of Data Analytics & AI

$94,081 - $134,402 / year

Job Level: Manager

 

What You Will Be Doing:

Manage analytics projects, collaborate with stakeholders, and deliver actionable recommendations.

 

What We're Looking For:

  • Degree in data science, statistics, mathematics, computer science, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in analytics, with a focus on leveraging data to drive insights and support business decisions typically required.
  • Strong leadership and people management skills, with experience in managing a team of analytics professionals.
  • Proficiency in statistical analysis, data manipulation, and data visualization using tools such as Python, R, SQL, and data visualization platforms (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
  • Solid understanding of analytical techniques, such as regression analysis, predictive modeling, clustering, and segmentation.
  • Experience working with large and complex datasets, including data extraction, cleaning, and transformation.
  • Familiarity with insurance industry practices and metrics, including underwriting, claims, and risk management, is preferred.
  • Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills, with the ability to translate business questions into analytical approaches.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex analytical concepts to stakeholders at various levels.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to perform essential functions of the position, with or without a reasonable accommodation.
