Assistant Professor of Instruction in Public Health--Health Policy

The Public Health Program at the University of Texas at Austin is recruiting qualified candidates for a full-time, non-tenure track faculty position for the 2024-2025 academic year at all ranks. Candidates with a strong track record of university teaching experience may be considered for hiring at the rank of Associate Professor of Instruction or Professor of Instruction.

Service on departmental committees, participation in peer teaching observations, and involvement in curriculum development efforts are also expected.

The rank of Assistant Professor of Instruction carries a nine-month appointment, renewed annually based on demonstrated teaching excellence and need of the department.

Applications received on or before March 1, 2024, will be given priority consideration but we will continue to accept applications until the position is filled.
