This two-year full-time program has start dates in January, March, June, and September with a dedicated “Learning Week” where you will:

  • Hear from FIS leadership about their journey and participate in senior leader networking opportunities 
  • Build a network of your peers from across the organization 

 

This position is for a June 2024 start. 

 

About The Team 

This role is a part of the Ambit Lending Professional Services (PS) team.  The PS team is responsible for implementing the Credit Assessment (CA) and/or Commercial Loan Origination (CLO) solutions for our customers.  Credit Assessment is a risk and compliance tool that commercial banks use to spread financials and generate risk grades when evaluating whether to lend to borrowers. CLO is a loan origination tool that banks use to track commercial loans throughout the lending lifecycle.  The implementation of these solutions includes gathering requirements, designing the solution, configuring and developing the solution, testing and supporting client testing, training and roll out.  The PS team is made up of functional and technical resources globally. 

 

What You Will Be Doing 

  • Analyze business and user needs and translate into proper system requirements and design specifications
  • Complete system configuration per specifications
  • Conduct quality assurance testing and peer reviews. Ensure that the configuration is correct per the agreed-upon documentation. Verify through testing that changes made to one part of the application do not negatively affect other parts. Report and review testing results
  • Triage and resolve configuration issues
  • Deliver standardized software training to clients
  • Provide consulting and support to clients as they configure the product
  • Liaise with other internal groups such as development staff and support teams

 

What You Bring 

  • Bachelor’s degree in relevant field of study 
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite 
  • Fluent in English; Strong written and verbal communication skills 
  • Adaptability, a drive to learn, and strong problem-solving skills 
  • Ability to work well independently and within a team 

 

Bonus If You Have 

  • Financial services and/or lending experience
  • Knowledge of how credit/loans work
  • Understanding of the full IT project life cycle from requirements through implementation and go-live
  • Analytical, decision-making, and time-management skills
  • Client-facing experience
  • Ability to meet deadlines and effectively communicate status
