Sales Enablement Intern

About our group:

 

We are a dynamic and growing team that empowers our sales team with the training, content, and support they need to succeed. We are looking for an intern who can help us with Sales Enablement projects.

 

About the role - you will:

 

  • Develop and implement a motivation program and a sales recognition initiative
  • Enhance the communication medium of sales training, content, and tools
  • Engage with sales and stakeholders to understand their needs and preferences
  • Work on sales enablement projects that align with our sales strategy and business goals
  • Provide content development and structuring support
  • Interact with key stakeholders like marketing and product management teams
  • Support training and key meetings coordination and communications
  • Support sales enablement team in preparing for worldwide sales meeting
  • Communicate regularly with team members and stakeholders to drive improvements

 

About you:

 

  • Excellent written and verbal communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to handle multiple projects in parallel and deliver them on time
  • Genuine interest in learning and collaborating with others
  • Adaptability to change and new technologies
  • Keen attention to detail and excellent analytical thinking abilities
  • A fast learner, innovative, want a challenge, and eager to make an impact

 

Your experience includes:

 

  • Proficiency with content creation tools like video editing, Learning management systems, and PowerPoint
  • Proficiency with Salesforce or other CRM tools (preferred)
  • Proficiency with MS Office Suite, particularly PowerPoint and Excel
  • Current student pursuing a Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business discipline or related field and returning to classes in Fall 2024

Colorado's 2021 Equal Pay for Equal Work Act (SB 19-085) requires we inform you of the estimated base salary range for this position: $19 – $28. Actual salary range is based on the regional labor market of the role in the geography in which you live based on the requirements of the job and your skills. This posted salary range is a good faith and reasonable estimate, and Seagate reserves the right to adjust this range depending on the qualifications of the selected candidate.
