Family Programs Internship

The Summer 2024 Family Programs intern will conduct research for programs related to summer history holidays (e.g. Independence Day) and upcoming exhibitions, as well as become an integral member of our Camp History team. They will assist with marketing; administrative tasks; preparing materials for programs; and staffing Camp History as well as a variety of other family programs for the New-York Historical Society and DiMenna Children’s History Museum. By the end of the internship, the intern will have gained experience with researching, developing, and delivering out-of-school-time programs for a variety of family audiences. We require excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to projects.
