As an HR Specialist, you will play a critical role in continuing the healing mission of Deaconess.

Job Overview:

  • Performs clerical functions such as answering phones, tracking data in various spreadsheets, and maintaining accurate records
  • Participates in open enrollment activities
  • Manages benefit changes for employees including new hires, those with status or family event changes and those separating employment

Required:

  • High school diploma or GED
  • 1-2 years related experience preferred
