Elementary School Principal
DUTIES:
- Fulfill responsibilities of the position
- Collaborate as a member of elementary/administrative team
- Advise the Superintendent on all matters related to school budget, needs, and progress towards school goals.

QUALIFICATIONS:
- MA Principal Certification covering PreK-5
- At least 3 years’ successful experience in elementary school administration (Massachusetts strongly preferred)
- Master’s Degree in Educational leadership or related field, and administrative training
- Commitment to strong family and community engagement and a rigorous, cross-curricular learning environment
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Knowledge of developmental literacy (reading/writing) and numeracy
- Attention to details in budget, personnel, and student management
- Experience in special education and working with students’ social-emotional needs
- Strong working knowledge of MA State Laws, DESE guidelines, Educator Evaluation, and student privacy guidelines
