Workers Comp Claims Resolution Associate (Trainee Onsite) - Syracuse, NY

This position requires full-time on-site presence at our Syracuse, NY location until you earn your six-month milestone increase.

 

Upon successfully achieving your six-month milestone increase, you will become eligible to transition to a hybrid working model. Under this hybrid model, your work schedule will include in-office presence on Tuesdays through Thursdays, with the flexibility to work remotely on Mondays and Fridays, provided you maintain good standing within the organization.

State Licensing 

  • Gallagher requires that all its claim personnel who interface with our clients hold an insurance license in the state(s) in which they operate and serve.  Requirements for obtaining a license differ by state and you will need to work with your supervisor to register for the state licensing course(s) and/or exam(s).  Successful passing of the state insurance exam must be completed within 30 days of start date in order to continue employment in this role.
