Evaluation Analyst

Job Purpose

The Evaluation and Instructional Development team is currently seeking a full time temporary Evaluation Analyst to join a passionate and value-driving team in an exciting and dynamic work environment to assist in the collection and reporting of MD program evaluation data. The ideal candidate would be available to start as soon as possible through approximately August 31, 2024.

 

The Evaluation Analyst will work closely with the Evaluation Research Analyst and Associate Director of Evaluation to manage evaluation processes in the MedHub platform for the required MD program at Stanford University School of Medicine. The role will also provide administrative support to the Evaluation and Instructional Development team as needed related to evaluation systems and instructional development projects.

 

Schedule: Monday-Friday; 40 hours per week; work schedule is flexible

This position may require occasional work on the weekends to assist with departmental programs.

 

Work Agreement: Fully remote within the United States

 

Core Duties:

● Collect evaluation data (course and instruction) for pre-clerkship courses using MedHub.

● Collate evaluation reports for review by stakeholders.

● Assist with data templates and related requests.

● Provide administrative support to the evaluation and instructional development team as needed.

 

Education (Required):

Bachelor’s degree and two years of relevant experience or combination of education, training, and relevant experience.

 

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities (Required):

● Experience using evaluation software, specifically MedHub

● Advanced computer skills and demonstrated experience with office software and email applications.

● Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

● High level of attention to detail and accuracy.

● Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

 

This remote role is open to candidates anywhere in the United States. Stanford University has five Regional Pay Structures. The compensation for this position will be based on the location of the successful candidate.

 

The expected pay range for this position is $25.00 to $38.75 per hour.
