Weiss, Hale & Zahansky Strategic Wealth Advisors is looking to hire a Client Relationship & Experience Associate who takes a ‘tailored’ approach to delivering a memorable client experience. Summary of Responsibilities:

WHZ places the client at the center of delivering on our Plan Well, Invest Well, Live Well promise. Our team works collaboratively to help clients achieve their goals. As a member of the WHZ Client Relationships Team, the Client Relationship & Experience Associate provides support to clients and to team members. This team helps deliver an exceptional client experience at every touch point. The role ensures the accuracy of client transactions and completion of client requests in a timely manner, oversees portfolio administration, and acts as a key driver on the team tasked to execute a client’s strategic financial plan.

Build tailored relationships with clients: You will build meaningful relationships with new and existing clients as their primary contact on day-to-day requests, helping them meet their strategic financial goals.

Support client and team members: As a dedicated team player, you will have a key role in supporting the Client Relationship & Experience teams and entire WHZ team to deliver the absolute best wealth management experience for our clients.

This role will work across the client relationship team 60% of the time and provide project- based time 40% to the client experience team.

Required Knowledge, Skills & Competencies:

  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • 1 or more years’ experience within the financial industry preferred
  • High attention to detail
  • Ability to effectively prioritize workload and meet deadlines
  • Strong organizational, collaborative, and problem-solving skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills across various channels of communication (in person, online, phone, email)
  • Exceptional communication skills to build client relationships and service expectations
  • Ability to work independently and differentiate between matters that should be handled alone versus those that require collaboration across the WHZ team
  • Ability to use and learn multiple technology platforms such as Customer Relationship Manager tools, workflow tools, Microsoft Suite, etc.
  • Desire to learn financial securities industry and completion of SIE exam within 12 months from hire date
  • Desire to work in a dynamic, growth-oriented environment

Compensation:

Salary: $50,000 to $60,000 per year

This is a full-time role offering a highly competitive salary and benefits package as part of our Total Rewards Compensation Philosophy including salary, 401(k) with match, profit sharing, short term and long-term disability, Health Insurance, generous Paid Time Off (PTO) policy.

This is an office-based role with flexibility required between our Tolland, CT (3 days/wk) and Pomfret, CT (2days/wk) offices.
