Sales Associate

Responsibilities
 

• Represent the Helen Ficalora brand by interacting with clients in the sale of products, meeting personal and boutique’s sales objectives.
• Assist clients with Customer Service needs maintaining the brand’s high standards.
• Cultivate strong client relationships and develop customer loyalty.
• Communicate client feedback, business trends and recommendations to the store management team
• Consistently uphold a neat, clean and organized store and stockroom
• Assist in maintaining visual presentation standards and ensuring the store is replenished at all times
• Assist the management team in the protection of all company assets, controlling internal and external loss
• Expert on product knowledge by keeping current on all new collections as well as core product lines.
• Ensure follow-through and completion of tasks, which contribute to achievement of the store, company and personal goals.
  
   

Qualifications
 

• Previous retail or luxury retail experience or relevant customer relation experience (i.e. hospitality, etc.) preferred.
• Excellent selling skills with the ability to “close” and negotiate as required for each transaction.
• Strong communication, both verbal and written, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Point of Sales (POS) systems and Microsoft Outlook / e-mail.
• Strong understanding of Customer Service needs and customer priorities.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to prioritize while handling multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Willingness to work non-traditional business hours including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Ideally seeking candidate to work weekends 
  
   

Education

High school diploma or GED required.
