Partner Manager, Home Services & Business

Your role in helping us shape the future:

U.S. News empowers everyone to thrive. In this position you will have the opportunity to leverage your strengths and skills to grow a book of business and interface with brand and company partners within our 360 Reviews vertical.

This hands-on role is ideal for someone with a strong background in client-facing roles or account management. The ideal candidate is self-motivated with an entrepreneurial attitude.

 

This position will directly support revenue growth at U.S. News. This role requires elements in both existing partner management as well as new partner acquisition.

 

Are you up to the challenge?

  • Responsible for campaign set-up and new account management with billing, production, and other functional teams
  • Develop partner relationships, including thorough preparation for partnership calls and meetings
  • Lead on partnership calls within primary book of existing business, including KPI discussions
  • Oversee implementation and maintenance of partner links and phone numbers
  • Create optimization plans that support both U.S. News’ and partner goals
  • Support business development efforts
  • Support lead management strategies
  • Monitor daily campaign performance and seek opportunities for optimization and performance improvement
  • Provide brands with regular campaign reporting
  • Create post-campaign summary reporting and analysis
  • Manage and be accountable for billing reconciliation

You should definitely have:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience required
  • 1-3 years of digital media experience at a publisher, brand, or agency
  • Demonstrated success in fast-paced and demanding client-facing environment
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Proactive attitude with the desire to learn our business and become a key player on a results-oriented team
  • Ability to juggle competing partners’ needs and requests
  • Detail-oriented and organized
  • Ability to multitask and juggle multiple products
  • Experience with platforms such as Google Analytics, Looker, custom partner reporting software, etc.

It would be nice if you had:

  • Full-funnel lead conversion
  • Home services products, B2B software, and regulated industries
  • TCPA laws and implications

  • In New York City, the anticipated base salary for this position is $70,000 to $85,000. The actual base salary offered will depend on a variety of factors, including without limitation, the qualifications of the individual applicant for the position, years of relevant experience, level of education attained, certifications or other professional licenses held, interview performance, and if applicable, the location in which the applicant lives and/or from which they will be performing the job.
