ARBITRATION PARALEGAL

We are looking for an International Arbitration Paralegal  (indefinite-term employment contract) to join our Paris office and assist our teams of lawyers with management of their cases.

The position

  • Assist lawyers in preparing documents for hearings and client meetings;
  • Help manage hearing schedules and deadlines;
  • Conduct legal research on international arbitration issues;
  • Participate in preparing briefs, memos and presentations for hearings and client meetings;
  • Coordinate the logistics of hearings and client meetings;

Your profile

  • Knowledge of international arbitration proceedings, including arbitration rules and the applicable international conventions;
  • An ability to carry out in-depth legal research and summarize results clearly and concisely;
  • Excellent organizational skills, including the ability to multi-task and work effectively under pressure;
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team;
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both French and English;
  • Applicants must be legally eligible for employmentin France now (without assistance for visa application).
