Graduate Intern
Position Overview
DoubleLine, an investment management firm and registered investment advisor, based in downtown Los Angeles, is seeking Graduate Interns for Spring/Summer of 2024. The Graduate interns will support the investment decision-making process through the analysis, recommendation, and monitoring of asset classes.
Job Functions
- Support Analysts on fundamental credit analysis and assessment of relative value within assigned industries to identify attractive primary and secondary investments
- Support Analysts by creating and maintaining financial models and credit memos, actively engage with sell-side and buy-side market participants, and conduct diligence calls with management teams and expert consultants.
- Participate in weekly investment team discussions and ultimately present market analysis and investment recommendations
Minimum Requirements
- Currently enrolled in MBA or Master’s program; CFA is a plus
- Prior fixed income experience
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Ability to present ideas effectively and clearly
- Strong sense of integrity and professionalism
Hourly Rate of Pay The rate of pay for this position is $30 per hour, with eligibility for overtime pay.
