Title:  Special Education Teacher at Shawnee Heights Elementary School for the 2024-2025 school year.  

Purpose and Objectives of the Position: The Teacher will facilitate conditions and deliver instruction that ensure students master content and skills specified by the district’s curriculum maps; demonstrate mastery on local, state and national assessments and develop into caring, productive and responsible citizens. Because many Teacher duties require supervision and instruction of students without the benefit of additional assistance or administrative supervision, the job requires significant self-discipline, internal motivation and sound judgment.
