- Our mission is to teach, support and empower people with disabilities to live meaningful lives based on their needs and choices.
- 766 approved private school for students ages 9-22 with a diagnosis of autism spectrum disorder, developmental disabilities and/or behavioral challenge.
- Spacious classrooms are arranged to serve up to 6 students.
- Highly trained and experienced staff using ABA strategies to attain long range quality of life outcomes.
- Works in partnership with families on every aspect of their child’s growth and education.
- The downtown area of Hudson affords students ample opportunities for community skill-building, relationship development and recreation.

Responsibilities
- We are searching for enthusiastic people that enjoy working with children and have a desire to contribute to their lives in positive ways.
- We are looking for passionate TEAM members who are committed to making a difference every day.
- We will train you in principles of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) and provide you with opportunities to obtain certification as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT).
- You will work as a team and be supervised by a Head Classroom Teacher and Behavior Specialist and will play an important role in the success achieved by the student.

Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- Driver’s License
- Dependable Vehicle
- Experience with children and/or autism a plus but NOT required. We will train you!
