Hope Network Neuro Rehab seeks a licensed Physical Therapist to provide exceptional care to adults and adolescents with diverse medical needs. This role requires adherence to Michigan Public Health Code guidelines, ensuring high-quality and ethical practice.

Responsibilities:

  • Deliver prescribed physical therapy services to patients with head injuries, spinal cord injuries, chronic pain, orthopedic rehabilitation needs, and neurological behavioral issues.
  • Collaborate with physicians to develop personalized treatment plans and maintain compliance with Section 333.16109 of the Michigan Public Health Code.
  • Maintain accurate records, reassess patient needs, and work within interdisciplinary teams to provide comprehensive care.

Qualifications:

  • Licensed Physical Therapist in Michigan with expertise in relevant medical conditions.
  • Strong understanding of Michigan Public Health Code regulations.
  • Excellent communication skills and commitment to evidence-based practice.
  • Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively within a team-based environment.
