College Intern-Database and Dashboards

Summary

Developing database and dashboard for OEM drawings, data and rebuilds budget.

Job Responsibilities

Primary Tasks

· Develop lists of drawings and develop OEM database & documentation.

· Develop equipment rebuild history and budget dashboard.

· Review CMMS accuracy of spare parts and stocks inventory for all major process areas

General Tasks

· Lead or assist with designated, business or operations-focused projects including research, proposing ideas and solutions, and presenting final projects during the internship

· Adhere to project deadlines

· Make phone calls to conduct research, inquire about services or share information

· Follow the instructions of their leadership team member

· Follow safety protocols

· Depending on the job assignment of an intern, the responsibilities may change accordingly

· Conduct fieldwork and inspections, review blueprints and drafts, and interact with other team members or external member partners

· Lead or assist with in-depth research and filing of records

· Analyze procedures, draft studies, and propose solutions

· Conduct scientific analysis and studies

· Wear appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE)
 

Required Education and Experience

Currently enrolled in an associate, bachelors or master’s degree program with an accredited college or university with a related field of study.

Able to commit to working 40 hours per week
Able to commit to the intern position for a minimum of two months
Follow security and safety policies and procedures in carrying out work duties
