Customer Experience Training Intern

The Consumer Experience (CX) Readiness team is looking for an intern to help support training initiatives specifically related to Supervisor development. This will include but is not limited to topics such as performance management and product/tool use related to management.

The intern will primarily work with the CX Readiness team (includes Training, Content, and Data Analysis) to help design, deliver, and analyze training of CX Supervisors through Instructor-Led Training and e-learning modules. The intern may also help design, deliver, and analyze other training needs as dictated by business needs.

Day to Day:

  • Under the supervision of the Training Manager, create/update training materials in Google Slides, Google Docs, and Articulate Rise
  • Collaborate with SMEs and stakeholders to ensure content is accurate
  • Create/update feedback surveys to determine the success of training
  • Analyze data to determine the success of a training based on previously set metrics
  • Coordinate invites and logistics for Instructor-led training sessions
  • Attend relevant CX Readiness team meetings
  • Upload e-learning modules into our learning management system, Docebo
  • Create course covers in Canva, using a template

What you bring to the table:

  • Currently a rising junior, rising senior, or enrolled in a Master’s Degree program in Adult Education, Instructional Design, Communications, or a related field
  • Passionate about working in an emerging tech industry
  • Experience with or willingness to learn training authoring tools, such as Articulate Rise
  • Experience with or willingness to learn learning management systems, such as Docebo
  • Willingness to facilitate/co-facilitate training sessions to small groups of Supervisors
