Hiring English (writing) teachers with a passion for nurturing critical thinking and writing skills in high school students We're on the lookout for 10+ dedicated teachers to coach and guide students participating in the John Locke Essay Competition.

Qualifications:
🎓 Master's degree or above
📚 Experience teaching high school students (writing experience preferred but not mandatory)
✍️ Excellent writing skills
🔍 Exceptional analytical research and critical thinking skills
🏆 Experience in coaching essay writing

Responsibilities:
🔍 Analyze essay prompts, linking them to John Locke's philosophy
📊 Provide clear reasoning supported by evidence from extensive research
🤔 Engage in critical analysis
📝 Refine writing style for argumentative essays in a third-person perspective (introduction, body, and conclusion)
✅ Proofreading and editing support
