Become our Engagement Events Intern and help us organize awesome events that are crucial to our mission of moving people closer to Christ! Work closely with our events squad to plan donor gatherings for the big launch of our new HQ. You'll be involved in everything from crafting event blueprints to sorting out supplies and giving a hand with admin tasks. Responsibilities

  • Assist with Donor Events for HQ Building Opening: Support the events team in developing templates, plans, and ideas for donor events surrounding the opening of our new HQ building.
  • Ordering and Shipping Supplies: Assist in ordering and shipping supplies needed for events, ensuring that all materials arrive on time and in good condition.
  • Assist with Templates, Documents, Plans, and Ideas for Red Rocks Events: Collaborate with the events team to develop templates, documents, plans, and creative ideas for events at Red Rocks, ensuring a seamless and memorable experience for attendees.
  • Administrative Tasks: Provide administrative support to the events team, including but not limited to data entry, scheduling meetings, preparing documents, and coordinating logistics.
  • Other Duties as Assigned: Assist with any additional tasks or projects related to event planning and management, as needed.
