Responsibilities

  • EMF Connect Engagement Insider Posts: Create engaging and informative posts for our internal communication platform to keep employees informed about company news, events, and initiatives.
  • Department Birthday Gifts: Coordinate the selection and distribution of birthday gifts for employees within each department, ensuring timely delivery and personalized touches.
  • Work Anniversary & Birthday Shoutouts: Recognize and celebrate employee milestones by coordinating personalized shoutouts and recognition messages.
  • Managing the Engagement Closet: Maintain inventory and organization of the engagement closet, ensuring that supplies are well-stocked and easily accessible for employee appreciation efforts.
  • Shipping and Mailing: Handle shipping and mailing logistics for various employee engagement activities, including gift deliveries and correspondence.
  • Internal Department Events (Share the Love): Assist in the planning and execution of internal department events aimed at fostering camaraderie and team spirit.
  • Survey Creating and Response Organization/Distribution: Design and distribute surveys to gather feedback from employees on engagement initiatives, and organize responses for analysis and action planning.
