Position Overview:

We are immediately hiring for the Analyst (entry-level) position. In this role, you will gain exposure to a variety of industries and business topics. Springhill Analysts spend the majority of their time researching the issues that are most important to our clients. In this way, Analysts jump start their business careers – gaining invaluable experience related to current and emerging business challenges. Given our practice of promoting almost exclusively from within, the Analyst position is a springboard for your consulting career at Springhill.

Qualifications:

Springhill Analysts are inquisitive, hard-working individuals who want to make an impact for our clients and their businesses. We are searching for analytical and creative candidates who possess the following qualifications:

·    Undergraduate degree from a leading academic college or university, with a proven academic record

·    Experience with secondary and/or primary research

·    Ability to gather, analyze and interpret both qualitative and quantitative information

·    Self-motivated and detail-oriented

·    Demonstrated written and verbal communication skills

This position can be remote – Springhill analysts have the ability to work from anywhere in the United States. Our headquarters is centrally located in downtown Chicago and local employees can utilize the office space as they wish.
