Infographics Designer for DEI Research

The Opportunity:  Graphic Designer- DEI Research Infographics

We are searching for a designer to bring our Thought Leadership and Research print and digital assets to life through visual design. Ideal candidates can create compelling infographics that drive deeper audience understanding and engagement.

Candidate Profile

  • Understanding of AAPI diversity and interest in DEI
  • Exceptional graphic design skills with the ability to create infographics from dense practitioner and academic style reports.
  • Ability to apply logic and critical thinking to astutely evaluate data and ambiguous information and draw out stories and conclusions.
  • Strong proficiency in Google Workspace preferred
  • Positive personal attitude that includes action-oriented, flexible, with a willingness to adapt to changing situations and having a good sense of humor
  • Successful completion of background checks required upon hire
  • Passion for the mission and values of Ascend


Employment Details:

  • Part-Time, hourly wage is $20-$30/hour
  • Work can be done primarily asynchronously.  Some flexibility to meet during weekdays with team is required
  • Ascend is a remote organization with a highly collaborative geographically distributed team. This position will be based remotely in the United States
