Guideline seeks a talented Data Analyst to join our dynamic team. In this role, you'll be reporting to Adam Durke, our Senior Data Analyst Manager, and collaborating closely with Revenue, Finance, and Engineering teams to drive our growth initiatives forward.

Your primary responsibility will involve deciphering intricate data and transforming it into actionable insights and sustainable solutions. Your contributions will play a pivotal role in advancing Guideline's mission of empowering individuals to navigate their retirement journey with confidence and preparation.

What Will You Work On

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand analytical requirements and define metrics accurately.  Identify, standardize, and document key metrics for clarity and consistency.
  • Develop and maintain interactive dashboards and reports to provide stakeholders with real-time insights.
  • Continuously monitor dashboards to ensure accuracy and reliability.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their business objectives and data needs.
  • Utilize advanced analytics techniques to extract meaningful insights from complex datasets.
  • Translate data findings into actionable recommendations that drive strategic decision-making.
  • Proactively identify trends, patterns, and anomalies in data to uncover hidden opportunities or risks.
  • Communicate findings effectively to non-technical stakeholders through clear visualizations and presentations.
  • Provide training and support to stakeholders on data interpretation and analysis tools, empowering them to make data-driven decisions independently.

What We're Looking For

  • 4+ years of professional experience in an analytical capacity, preferably in marketing or sales domains.
  • Proficiency in SQL and familiarity with reporting tools such as CRM systems, Excel/Google Sheets; experience with Looker, Big Query is a plus.
  • Demonstrated experience with regression analysis, A/B testing, and various modeling techniques.
  • Ability to communicate data insights effectively through clear visualizations to non-technical team members.
  • Strong inclination to collaborate with multiple teams and effectively prioritize tasks within a dynamic environment.

Offer Package

The Salary Range for this position is $111,500 - $141,375 annually. Compensation is determined by numerous factors such as your qualifications, experience, and work location.
